    • Instrument of sasine in favour of the right honourable Robert Bruce of Troill and Marjorie Bruce, his spouse, following on disposition, dated 9 March 1630 at Troill, by Olla Nicolsone, indweller in Failyie, of 7 merks land, six pennies the merk, in Failyie in Utterska, in the isle of Unst. Precept of sasine was directed to Thomas Manssone in Digrend. Witnesses to the disposition were Francis Sinclair of Uyea, William Bruce of Ungersta, David McRichie, officer, Thomas Manssone in Digrend and Daniel Polsone, tailor.
      Sasine given by Thomas Manssone to William Bruce of Ungersta, procurator for Robert Bruce, on 9 March 1630 at 8 a.m. Witnesses: Daniel Polsone, tailor, John Mowat, merchant in Unst, David McRichie, officer, and Lowrance Ollasone in Utterska. Robert Duncansone, notary public.
